As part of the Senior Care Associates team, our attorney, John E. Wootton, provides proactive services to ensure that our clients are prepared and protected by reviewing:

After his review, Mr. Wootton will recommend what changes or new documents are needed to ensure that our clients’ have the documents they and their families need in the event of major illness or death. Also, Mr. Wootton has substantial experience in preparing to assist our clients who are seeking to qualify for the VA Aid & Attendance Pension.

John E. Wootton is an attorney specializing in estate planning, business law, corporate law, asset protection, and general litigation. Prior to establishing his own law practice, Mr. Wootton was a partner in the law firm of Hansen Wright Eddy & Haws, PC. Mr. Wootton received a Bachelor of Arts from Weber State University and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law. Mr. Wootton was named to Utah’s Legal Elite in 2007 and 2009.
